This is our first experience with braces in our family. We were very stressed out about the process and cost. Dr. Crutchfield and his team made this decision and process SO easy for our daughter and for us. The first consultation was beyond informative and gave us the peace of mind we needed about choosing a provider for this journey. The level of transparency they have with their pricing, billing and payment options also allows us to budget for the treatment and they make it very affordable. We dropped all our other "options" and stayed with OBC since day one! Now I want braces too! ;-)

I was very happy with the staff at OBC. They have always been very kind and they put me in a good mood. Dr. Crutchfield is very pleasant and he is always fun to talk to. My teeth look great now that I finally have my braces off!

Dr. Crutchfield makes orthodontics cool. He’s a personable guy who loves connecting with his patients. All of the staff are happy and friendly, which speaks volumes to how fun and stress-free the office environment is. We had a great experience with our first child’s braces and are getting ready to do it again with our second child. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Everyone is so kind and the sure smile braces don't make your mouth sore after the braces are put on. Everything is better than what i told i was going to get with being sore or having my teeth hurt. This is the best choice if you are looking for orthodontist to get braces from.
The process for my braces was only 15 minutes! It did not hurt at all and the staff and Dr. Crutchfield were very nice. After braces you get all this information on how to clean your teeth and all this free stuff like a bluetooth toothbrush. You also get a donut from Duck Donuts and a slurpee, and there is a patient rewards program where you can get all these gift cards. The building is so cute and looks like a tropical surf shop/tiki hut and there is a giant wall painted like a real beach. They are not that expensive either. I would recommend this to anyone getting braces!
We are thoroughly impressed after our first visit with Dr. Crutchfield and his staff. They treated us with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness, taking time to answer thoroughly all of our questions and concerns. Our daughter now looks forward to getting her braces on!
